Returns & Exchanges

At Pilgrim Surf + Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all surfboards, apothecary items, and final sale goods are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the shipment is secure to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
