What is your domestic shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your package departs our Brooklyn warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via DHL Express. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that surfboards, apothecary items, and sale products are considered final sale.
How should I care for my Pilgrim garments?
To ensure longevity, we recommend washing most of our cotton and technical garments in cold water and hanging them to dry. Specific care instructions can be found on the interior tag of each individual item.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Absolutely. Select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout to collect your order from our Brooklyn or Tokyo locations. You will receive a notification email once your items are ready for collection.
